We are 1 block from the 43, the 6, the 7, and the 37. It's a 10 minute walk to the N Judah. Takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the FiDi/Downtown area, takes 15-20 minutes to walk to UCSF.
PARKING: Street parking available at additional cost ($160/yr). You must register your car with DMV.
THE COST: Prorated first month's rent, plus 1.5 month security deposit. Utilities are shared and run between $60 and $100 depending on the season.
