Hello, Gosh there are so many great things I can say about this place but a place is just a place, what makes the place great is the people that makes the difference and understand what customer service really is all about. Jill, Anne and Teo are nothing but outstanding in customer service and resident complete satisfaction. Teo just stole my hear with the service of Xmas tree removal! Where else staff is willing to do such?He didn't have to but did anyway, Nowhere I had ever lived before did such, I and lived in La Jolla before but not even there had this type of customer service not even close. Jill was my initial contact when I first came to the community, later on I met Anne but will go into that shortly. I was in desperately need of a place, I am talking about a week time frame to move out from that horrendous place- Avana Apts in La Jolla and was about to lose my mind. I know it may seem like I waited to last minute to find a place but the facts are that had to leave the country for a few weeks and I was so limited with time. Jill was so nice and friendly and most importantly caring , which is hard to find in this kind of market since all they want to do is get you in a unit and forget about You- not here, here they treat you like Royalty, really who else removes xmas trees fro your home? Jill was able to find me a unit that was ready to move in - Pronto- there was an end unit that she showed me, without being pushy at all to lock me in. I thought the unit was great but she has such a High standards of customer service that she said; No, this unit is not quite ready since it's not immaculate yet but it will be ready in 2 days, which for me was like a dream come true. She was able to get us in in time, the application process was a brezze since everything can be done online before you even move in- took me 10 minutes to complete the paperwork- Oh yes you can pay your rent online with a credit card, I score miles with my Amex every month, Over all amazing place to live in, clean, safe, and top notch customer service. Anne has been nothing but amazing too, every time I go into the office for a request she always greets me with this big smile and soothing voice that makes me feel that no matter what I ask, she always get's it done- I just love her! It really has being the best place I have ever lived in a renting facility- I owned a condo in Atlanta before I came to CA and even there, they did not have this amazing customer service advocacy. I gave a 5 star review because they deserve it all the way! Thank You Teo for always fixing my needs on the spot! Lyon community is so lucky to have such an amazing people working for them! Looking forward on renewing my lease for another 15mo here.

Ghetto neighborhood and sex offenders live on the same street. Swat teams have been called on several occasions for the people who live a few apartments down Adobe Falls. Cars get broken into, homes including Levant Homes get robbed. The rent amount is outrageous considering the market doesn't call for the very high, high rents they demand or ask for. You can check online the registered sex offenders that live within a few feet of the complex. The crime rate for robbery, prostitution, illegal drug sales, domestic violence....The list is toooo long believe me. If they offered this place for $300.00 per month with the utilities included I wouldn't take it. PLEASE - PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! I have nothing to gain from posting this except that perhaps I'm saving the reader their lives and over all well being. City Heights in comparison seems like a dream neighborhood. Buyer/renter beware!! Don't let them throw deals at you and say that this is non-sense. The news media has been out to adobe falls so many times they know how to get there by heart. Nice property but the location and the pricing is insane!!
