Deposit is $1,000 for under 60 day stays, and it is equal to one month of rent for over 60 days.

● One-Time Fees:
○ $50 non-refundable confirmation fee
○ $150 onboarding fee, covering onboarding and a full-service move-out cleaning
● Minimum Stay: 30 days required.
