The new bathroom is graced with a large, custom tiled shower that you are sure to enjoy! Studio is rarely available as it is usually leased for long periods of time. This is a great, safe place to live with security doors at front and pool entrance. This house is very peaceful and quiet and It offers many amenities including a lovely retreat in the back yard with a pool, patio and lounge chairs for sun bathing and a bbq, table and chairs with umbrella for picnicing.
