Been at lit cortez for approximately 2 and a half months. Yes the building is older than others but I have talked to the management and leasing office on several occasions and I have seen the time and effort they are putting in to get the building in better condition than when i arrived. The staff at this apartment is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. I have not noticed any of these issues other posters have mentioned yeah the elevator has been down but then it's back up usually within a day. I mean things break down sometimes that's the nature of technology. But I see the effort that the management has been putting in to getting the issues resolved as quickly as possible. Some things can't be fixed in a day but management has always notified via email if something is not working and approximately when I can expect to have the issue resolved and that's good for me. I just want open communication and I always receive that and it let's me know that they are putting their best effort into it. No complaints here and if you're considering this place make an appointment and check it out the newly remodeled apartments are very nice!

Jesus and his crew have always been so helpful!! Anytime we have the most minor issue, Jesus is always on top of it and is seriously so personable. He always remembers our specific unit and even our dogs name!! I just feel as he always goes above and beyond. I am so appreciative of his hard work and his ability to remember us and go out of his way. Thank you so much, jesus!!
