Assume our lease and renew if you want to stay past January 31, 2027! Tired of being on the Kaya wait-list? Wait no longer! This Banker's Hill 1 bed / 1 bath is on the 7th floor looking East towards Balboa Park. We are looking to have someone be added to our lease through its end. You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant.
You'll pay just $3,000 per month all inclusive and we will cover the monthly difference through January 31, 2027. Curious about the development? visit Have Kaya Now on the web. No security deposit required from you as you will be added to the lease and our security deposit will remain in place.
If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs for their 1 bedroom, including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling are roughly $4,000 per month.
If you're interested in seeing the property (currently furnished) please reach out to us. We're happy to give you a tour so that you can imagine it unfurnished. If you wanted to move forward, we'd then share a link to the developments rental application where you will apply. Once approved by the Kaya leasing team, you would be added as a lessee on our lease. Prior to the lease termination of January 31st 2027, you can then decide at that time if you want to renew as we will not be renewing.
Need parking? There are secured spaces available through management and additional monthly fee. $125 for combustion engine vehicles and $150 for EV parking which allows for charging.
Kaya is not equipped with a fitness facility but does have a coffee shop at the entrance level. Walk to so much that Banker's Hill has to offer.
