2. After touring the property, call our leasing office to see if the property is still available and how many applications are currently pending.
3. Submit an application online and pay the $40 application fee (NON-REFUNDABLE).
4. If you have a co-applicant, you will receive an email with a co-applicant link. Send the link to everyone over the age of 18 who will be living at the property.
