I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews before moving here; I read them but couldn't find anywhere else cheaper and I thought they were accommodating. Very little here is as advertised. They advertise two pools- there are two pools but only one is open they keep saying the other will open next week...for two months. They advertised a gym-there is one but you can't use it, they keep saying they're only waiting on a piece for the door and that it'll be open next week...for three months. They advertise a playground-there is one bit it's not really usable, there's a huge hole in the slide. Had a leak in my only working shower and had to dodge dirty water falling from the ceiling while trying to bathe since they wouldn't fix the other shower, the leak was there for two months. They don't really seem to want to do any repairs which is horrible considering my apartment wasn't move in ready when I moved in-three months later and it still isn't move in ready. They talk a good talk when they know you're interested but that's about it. Nothing gets fixed and there's nothing great about it here. It's a place to live in a quiet area. The apartment is not bad but it's far from anything I would have chosen had I been here (found the place online from another state and moved in sight unseen). I definitely don't plan on renewing my lease. Edited to add: when I finally moved out I had neighbors coming out asking me how much I paid to move out early. I waited till the end of my lease but it shows how bad it is here. Also, when I moved out I thought I would finally be free of the nonsense here but that was unfortunately not the case. They have decided to hold my rent deposit hostage saying they altered my final month's rent so I don't get anything back even though they sent paperwork showing how much they owe...

I don't recommend anyone to move here. Been here a year and it has been the worst place I ever lived at. The managment is horrible and rude. The maintenance don't fix anything. Have ant, roaches, and racoon problems. The pool is always dirty, so called workout room is dirty and equipment is broke, mailroom is dirty and broken into. Not kid friendly there has been shootings and robberies. Management quick to add charge fees and rent always goes up. Wish I never moved here!! I don't need a reply back from management especially if its from Julie. If everybody I speak to has a problem with you and all your workers dislike you, seems to me you are the problem. Its obvious Ms. Julie that you have responded back lol should of doubled checked it before you sent it. But there is no need to contact the office because last time I contacted you I was told lies. The one I will be contacting is the corporate office..So no thank you I am just counting my days to get out of there.

IF YOUR PLANNING ON MOVING HERE READ THIS! For 2 months now my friend has been having a leaking problem that hasn't been fixed. They call someone to dry up the floors. It rains again and then gets who gets called again? Your thinking a roofer? Nope. just a person to dry up the floors again. So in reality it's a cycle.. I'm guessing stopping the leak will stop that cycle. But hey what do I know about managing apartments. I wanted to get an apartment of my own here too but that's not happening! Never do I leave reviews and I do understand there are priorities but what's a bigger priority than fixing your own roof? (I DO NOT WANT A REPLY TO THIS FROM MANAGEMENT OR A CALL THIS NUMBER TO TALK TO US, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. IF YOU KNOW THE CEILINGS ARE LEAKING ALREADY, JUST FIX THE ISSUE THEN THIS REVIEW WILL COME DOWN) PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Here's an honest review from someone who currently lives here. I'll start with the negatives because there are a few. Firstly,surprise bills. Just received a call from the office that we were behind$60, which I had no idea about because we've been paying exactly what was shown due on our ledger every month. Apparently, they have been forgetting to add the charge for the covered parking we're forced to pay for because I get off after 5 pm when all free spaces are taken because there are so few of them. Funny how we can get a phone call about that but have put in several tickets about our ceiling leaking every time it rains. Not kidding y'all,every single time. I have an elaborate bowl system set up to catch the drips that has just become part of the decor. Never once have they responded about that. However,they want to raise the rent when we renew the lease. So I'm supposed to happily pay more for a leaky apartment that has no ceiling fans,and no ceiling lights. Coincidentally this comes around after they fix the entrance gates that should have been working all along. What everyone says about water randomly being cut off is true too. Also,I live next door to Willie Nelson. Pot smell pours into our apartment day and night. There is only one open pool during the summer. Don't bother trying to get in it,it's always full of rowdy kids. Now to the positive....I haven't had any problems with bugs. Generally it's quiet in my section and nobody has ever messed with my car. I think that about sums it up. Not really sure what the future holds for us here but not really happy with the experience.

Called 30 minutes before coming in telling her to stop the application and asked if there were any fees she said NO fees and that she would stop the application.Low and behold when I arrived to the office she said that I could only get 50$ of my deposits back then the manager came in and said I can get NOTHING back. In all disappointment is a blessing because after losing my 99$ in a day because of there manipulation I actually saved money and frustration according to the reviews on here. I rearly do reviews only to save others like my self so there you go.

Lived here for longer than I should. Do NOT sign a lease with these people. If you do, heres what to expect: U will be charged when the cheap blinds break, to have them replaced and if u dont pay within a specific time, theyll post a break of lease on ur door & say your being evicted. There are bed bugs (from what I heard from my neighbors), rats & roaches all over the place. Expect everything in ur apartment (mostly all together) to break & to not have a/c b/c the systems are old & they refuse to replace them. And know that, even IF its broke due to the fact that its old and being used, you WILL be charged when you move out so dont expect your deposit back. The manager, Julie, PLAYS like shes nice but really isnt and when you call them out on things that are THEIR fault (like them starting eviction notices for lack of rent payments when you pay your rent but they put it into the wrong account) & refuse to just lie there and take it, she gets VERY defensive.

This is by far the worst apartment complex to live in! I have been living here for about 8 months and it has been the worst experience I've ever had. I didn't have hot water for about 2 months and the property manager Julie can care less about her tenants. She only cares about the rent money and nothing more. She has yet to do anything about my hot water problem. I will never rent here again when my lease is up I'm done with this place. I've never met a manger that shows no interest in a tenants needs, Julie is rude and disrespectful in every way. If she is this way to one tenant I'm sure she's like this with a lot more. Do not rent from this place it's a joke !

Hey guys this year here has been great living here. Elvira and her team along with maintnance man Johnathan have been of great experience this year. If you guys only knew the crappy management they had before what they have now i would agree in giving less stars ratings. But its alot of apartments to be all fixed at once. Seriously I know what I am talking about. This team deserves a 5 star rating. There is a few things i dont like here but its not management fault. Other then people letting there dogs use the restroom right by our windows or small little play area for my kid. Or the horrible parking that annoys me because i cant find parking. Other then that I think this team still deserves a great rating. And people please it takes time to fix things so I would say start encouraging this team start thanking them for there hard work.

Not a safe place you hear shootings and robberies. Air conditioner is always breaking down. If their is any change they wont let you know. Water is always getting shut off, and the bill for the water is more than what you would pay living at a house. False advertisement, living here is like hell and isnt worth the price you pay for rent.

Started off nice. Repairs that should have been done prior to us moving in never happened. Closet doors were never hung, heater didn't work, towel racks weren't fixed. My fridge was broken for 8 wks and it took 2 calls and 4 trips to the office to get it fixed and an extra $300 later in wasted food. Not to mention i never had peaceful sleep since people would be up all hours of the night talking really loud until 4-5 in the morning. Those super ghetto kids threw rocks at my son and hit his spinal cord which hasn't been fun. Several trips to the doctor since he complained of pain which meant time off of work and money out of my pocket, and police coming out for those unsupervised kids who parents you could never find, which isn't worth the case or headache of living there with no parking unless you pay for a spot. Not to mention the bad ant problem, etc., I could go on, truth is about 90% of these stories are true. Hopefully it gets better. I had to save my peace of mind and kids

They don't fix nothing so what's the sense of putting in a work order for and when and when you say something to them about it they don't see it's like when you walk away they put your work order in the trash. are real bad just as well as the house bug's they charge up on new Management's and you still have the same out come NOTHING. They painted the outside and it still doesn't look all tht good but did nothing to the inside and they making you pay for parking s they can make more money off you because all the free spots get full fast and that's because it's not that many of them but alot of paying spots available. You would think that would try and step it up by people moving out on a regular but that's Saddlewood Apartments for you . Oh and by the way that free rent sign they be having up is a fraud no free nothing just want you too apply and get your money and then tell you we need more money because you have this and this and this Saddlewood Apartments is not were you want to be so don't believe what ever they telling you sad but TRUE.... SADDLEWOOD gets a 0 from me .

I've been living here for 2 years at Saddlewood apartment. And their advertisement is false such as sparkling pools.. the main pool minor office is super dirty and gross I have seen human feces and used tampons for over a couple of days the second pool in the back is always dark green... If you don't have a cover spot for parking you will costly fight for a spot to park you constantly have vehicles hitting your vehicle and driving off.. with that being said Saddlewood Apartments has video cameras and they will not allow you to try to see who hit your vehicle. There is one playground and the slide is broken where it will cause an injury to a child and it's been like this over six or seven months and Saddlewood has done nothing to fix it or to take it down. The water is constantly being shut off and Saddlewood apartment never gives you a noticed.. and the water will be shut off all day.. the AC is constantly breaking or even going out.. I have water bubbles in my ceiling that I let the apartment know over a year-and-a-half ago.. and they have done nothing to fix it or to even look that it has mold.. the outlets dishwasher garbage disposal constantly goes out. there is a terrible cockroach problem even when your apartment is very clean on the inside.. you can also smell people smoking marijuana from the next apartment underneath you.. And there are a lot of ghetto people here..since I've lived here there has been multiple new owners and new apartment managers,, and I've noticed talking to a lot of the apartment staff most of them are very rude.. They have up the price to the apartments but have done little to fix them. I would never recommend Saddlewood apartment to anybody.

I moved into this apartment complex May of 2017, there were things that needed to be fixed when we moved in. No latch on the storage on the balcony, A/C not working correctly, 2nd bedroom door wouldnt close all the way, 2nd bedroom closet door wont close all the way, floors in hallway have water damage, roaches, and ants, wallpaper pealing in master bedroom, bottom of the door way scratched up in master bathroom, they painted over a magnet on back splash behind stove, floor panel by door loose, no screen on balcony. And nothing has been fixed. They came and fixed the garbage disposal once, which is now not working again, they fixed the A/C once (which really didnt get fixed). They have sprayed for roaches three times (but it seems to get worse every time they spray). I would not suggest anyone move in. Plus to top it off the water bill went from 35, to 45, to 200, to 112. Absolutely ridiculous! I pay over 1000 a month and for what?! For them to not fix anything!! I swear when my lease is up we are moving out!! I could be in a way nicer apartment for as much as Im paying!!

They just paint over the black mold. We went as far as calling corporate and they still did nothing. They over charge for both rent and water. And half the time you don't even have water cause they shut it off without any warning. This place is the worst place I've ever lived. I could go on and on about the problems with this dump.

Sick people live here . there is trash all over the complex and honestly i think the management could omprove some things simply by putting trash cans out by the park and the dog park. I would like to say I really like Ellyn the manager here at saddlewood she is very kind and she is always on the job when it comes to her tendents I was very unhappy a few days ago and she personally came to talk with me I generally appreciate that so much I recommend saddlewood apartments this is my second year here and there is big changes being made thank you so much Ellyn keep up the good hard work your doing great

And instead of telling you their bank wont put a check through again they make you wait until it comes back nsf about10 days to tell you that you have late fees. They will tell you"I don't know if orbank well put it through again". Then charge you the fees you waited. Also they like to replace broken fridges with ones filled with roaches. They did that to me twice. After destroying over $600 in food.(not their problem they said). Still waiting for a fridge that closes properly, but I'll wait. I am still trying to get rid of the last unwanted house guests given to me a year ago.

There's gang activity here and people selling drugs. I'm not stupid. When someone doesn't ever leave the apartment but a lot of people come and go day and night, they're selling drugs. Stay away...unless you're looking for drugs.

The water bill gets bigger every month I pay more than 900 in rent for a 2bed/2bath!!!!! Work order has NEVER been worked on, asked them multiple time said they will order parts we have to wait. 5 of my outlets don't work in my apartment I have an electrical issue they don't care to fix. The most disgusting thing is they make you pay sewer fees right? But when I come home from NOT being home all day there will be POOP IN MY TOILET. I don't know how backed up there sewer line is but obviously they need to fix it. last thing I want is to come home and see something that's not minebin my own toilet. Don't have constant hot water what so ever. Water pressure in the shower is completely horrible. They only have 1 clean pool the other is green. Mail/ laundry room is ALWAYS filthy.

Their maintenance people are rude as hell worst service ever, my apartment wasn't even ready to move in and maintenance didn't come up 2 weeks after I moved in to finish fixing stuff and give us our oven racks ! They are behind on their water bills so idk how we even get billed. You come home after 10pm wanting to shower after work and there will be NO hot water at all!!!!!!! People will park in your assigned parking you pay for. Worst apartment ever definitely want wait for my lease to be up. And they advertise about a gym and pool you can NEVER go in.

There's drug deals going on here. Be prepared to have your vehicle stolen/vandalized. Be prepared for horrible management once you have signed your lease. This is the worst management company I've ever dealt with in my life. I can't get my year back of overpriced water and all the horrible things that happened to us, but I can hopefully save people from renting here.

I moved here summer 2010 & experienced the same things I'm reading on reviews from this year. Car break ins, apt break ins, rude unprofessional employees with attitudes in the office. They're nice to you just to get you to move in then once you're in they don't give a crap about you & make it hell to get out knowing that they need MAJOR improvement in management & the complex. It must be embarrassing for the owner to read that things haven't changed & only gotten worse over the past 5 years.. in all reality though, it's all about the money so they probably don't give a crap about the bad reviews on the up side, reviews are on here to inform future residents what they're walking in to :)

We basically got screwed over by this place they advertise safety and a gated community but anyone is allowed in. my husband and I went out for dinner on a Saturday for our anniversary dinner with our newborn son. When we came home we had to circle around (parking is terrible unless you buy a covered spot) to find a parking spot. While heading into our apartment two thugs that hang there on the weekends confronted us about being outside so late. As if we had a curfew! They threatened to shoot my husband and I along with our 3 week old son! We went inside called the cops. Nothing was done. The next morning our tire had a large slash in it. We told the office nothing was done a couple days had passed. My husband works nights so I took the baby to visit his grandmother. Upon my return my door was wide open with all lights turned on. ALL of our belongings were thrown into the living room, dishes, our bed, toiletries , EVERYTHING. We went to the office once more to demand we be let out of our lease the manager wanted to let us go but the owner said that wasn't his problem and told us we had to stay our whole 15 months. We stayed another week and got our car broken into and apartment twice more. We left resulting in the manager saying we broke our lease which is true but its so unsafe to live there. its not worth the trouble NOR money they charge for the shitty appearance of their units.

I've been living here for more than a year But am tired of feeling so unsecure...my car has been broken into about 3 times this past week only and I swear if I catch the rat am a shoot it. The manager Amanda is an amazing person, but the complex has turned into a GETTO!! and the new people that they have working at the office will rent an apartment to anyone no matter if you a felon have ankle braces or what ever... if you want to experience a real GETTO neighborhood go come and apply here IT SUCKS NO SECURITY AT ALL!!
