Wonderful apartment complex with great office staff!!! Cannot say enough great things and I have lived here over 10 years!!! ;-) I just saw a review by @Wade. Sir, I don't know which office staff or rather management staff that you state are rude and displayed drunk behavior at the pool. I can tell you as a ten year resident of this complex, you are not telling the truth! None of the management staff have ever been rude or displayed unprofessional behavior. Plus none of the staff have been inappropriate behavior at a pool nor do they drink to the point of being drunk. It is unfortunate that you have used this venue as a way of lying about complex because you did not follow the rules on parking. Shame on you!!! Our parking is clearly marked. If you are a visitor, likewise read the signs. FYI and if you are a resident and you write false reviews due to your own irresponsible behavior, then maybe you need to find you another place to live!!! Just saying......

I moved to Remington Ranch in December of 2015 and I have been nothing but pleased with my experience. I am new to San Antonio and the staff along with the residents are nothing but welcoming. The property is always well kept and the amenities (gym, pool, cabana, dog wash station, club house) are all top notch. I have only had a few minor maintenance issues and the maintenance staff has responded within a few hours on each occurrence. Parking can be tricky sometimes during peak visiting times (weekends) but nothing so serious that justifies a complaint. If you are looking for a quaint apartment community with easy access to all major highways and a few minutes away from all of San Antonio's hot spots I would highly recommend Remington Ranch.

I moved from Legacy Heights to these apartments in an attempt to save a little bit of money. I should have just kept paying the $100 more at Legacy. The employees at Legacy were a lot less petty. I strongly dislike how the manager at Remington Ranch acts. Sending us emails and leaving letters at the door on noticeable issues is fine but how she words them is awful. Essentially acting like she owns us by telling us how to live in our apartments. For example she sent out a mass email that said people can't have things stored on their patio like coolers and other stuff because she doesn't want to see it. My cooler doesn't look bad and isn't bothering anyone on my patio. I don't have anywhere else to store it in this tiny apartment and I'm not paying for your storage area. Then she says she doesn't understand why people hang clothes on the patio and they should stop. People do that to save money on electricity by not using the dryer. I don't do that personally but I get it. She also said not to set a bag of trash by our doors even if we anticipate on walking to the trash cans in a bit. She actually said in the letter to put one foot in front of the other and walk it to the can. Then about the parking at this place. You get 2 stickers. No more no less even if you have more than two cars. Then you have to buy a $100 per-month garage or find a visitor spot to park it in. They come around every night while you're sleeping and if it doesn't have a sticker it gets towed away. Then they leave a trash bin filling up two of the parking spots. I can't wait till either my lease is up or I get orders. I pay $875 a month here for a very small 1 bed 1 bath where the bathroom makes an incredibly loud noise. I paid for $975 a month for a much bigger apartment at Legacy Heights that was a lot nicer, right next to base and the employees were way better. Don't bother with this place.

Pros: Nice apartments. Maintenence is quick. Pretty safe and quiet at night. Can't hear airplanes flying by. Cons: Management is pretty sub-par. Gina.. God forbid if you need to talk to anyone, make sure it's not her. Generally unorganized and not helpful for an assistant manager. No bugs in the units, but there's wasp nests everywhere in the apartment complex. Can't even swim at the pool comfortably from so many wasps zipping by for a drink. The place reeks of cigarettes and the landscaping is pretty dry. The units are nice and comfortable, but the experience with the management has been shoddy and disappointing.

I have lived here for a year and I hate my time here. I like the apartment but hate the management. They tell you what you want to hear but then when it comes down to it, they come up with every excuse to - excuse my language, screw you over. I've never had any problems with any of the previous apartment complexes that I have stayed with. They are so strict and uptight that sometimes it's just unbelievable. Overall, if you don't mind dealing with the management then the apartments are quite nice.

Great, fast service, attentive staff, no problems with bugs, lots of parking, no problems with crime. Police station right down the street must have scared away the crooks. The rooms are large and comfortable. Pool is well maintained and nice to visit. Rents are reasonable and much less than those of comparable apartments in other cities the size of San Antonio.

Lived here for a while now and I think the place is great. Out of all of the apartment complexes I've lived in, this one was by far the best. Management has always been friendly and took great interest in my issues. Maintenance is very prompt. Apartment was spotless when I moved in. Neighbors are mature and overall it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Nice location being close to the park as well. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for a few months now & everything was good in the beginning; the apartment was clean, maintenance was quick with little things I requested, and the ladies were nice when we signed our lease. There was recently a large amount of rainfall, which short-circuited many garages. We pay $75/month for a garage and could not use it for 2 weeks. Logically one would think, we would receive 1/2 off the next month's garage rental since we were unable to use it for those 2 weeks. (Seeing as how this was an inconvenience, most people in the customer service business would probably offer this at the minimum.) This complex was rude and did not offer any sort of compensation to the many tenants involved. I found this to be VERY rude of them, when we, as their customers and tenants, are the ones they work for. I surely hope they understand the disappointment many tenants now have for them.
