Ive lived in these apartments for going on 3 years now and seen many property managers. Elsa is by far the best and most understanding manager that Legacy Brooks has seen. Ive gone through all the crazies who dont want to get anything done or keep up with the apartments. Elsa and the staff are kind, caring and work fast and efficiently. How unfortunate to have such lackluster leasing agents working your reception. I was very interested in leasing with you all, but based solely on the initial interaction I had Ill take my money elsewhere. Lady with blonde hair in the front couldnt even be bothered to get off of her desk to greet me. She called for me across the room sitting in her chair. When I inquired about spaces she seemed annoyed that I was requested a tour. It felt like pulling teeth to even get information. I toured a unit which was what I had asked to see. Quickly and rushed tour with with 0 enthusiasm. Didnt even get shown the amenities of the property nor asked what I thought. When we got back to the office she said if I was interested I could go to the website and check there. And that was it. No paper, no asking for name, email, nothing. Legacy Brooks I suggest you find employees who actually want to work and want to assist potential tenants.

I just visited the Legacy Brooks apartments and wanted to say that out of all the places I've toured Legacy Brooks felt the most welcoming. The manager I believe his name was Justin came out and introduced himself and thanked us for making legacy brooks a choice,as the leasing agent was touring us. The apartments are well kept and the pool looks amazing. This is definitely on my top two places to move. The only thing that is a major decision factor will ultimately come down to pricing even tho they are beautiful apartment I've toured newer apartments with more space for less. But the hospitality the staff gives may be the reason I decide to lease here.
