It is the worst apartment I have ever lived at with the most unprofessional staff. The apartment ignores work orders that you place to fix the apartment and does not allow tenants to perform inspections when moving into the apartment and will expect them to pay for damages that was caused by previous tenants. While it may be in the heart of the city I would rather add a few minutes to my commutes than deal with the aftermath.

I lived at Bungalow 09 for a year and a half initially with no problems. The community felt pretty safe and I loved the yard for my dogs. The problem came when I was out of town for work and my apartment was broken into and TRASHED. The police think the break in was either by neighbors or maintenance. I notified the front office of the break in and immediately requested to move apartments and for the locks to be changed as I travel a lot for work and no longer felt safe in my apartment. It took maintenance 5 days to change the locks. The front office manager at the time said she had no available apartments for me to move into. Due to this, I moved out of Bungalow 09. The manager at the time told me that there would be no lease breaking fees due to the situation. Two months later I get a bill for $2600 for breaking my lease. By this time there is a different property manager who the front office told me "would not be able to help me". I tried to speak with him multiple times but he was never available. A few months later I found out that there was yet another property manager and she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to pay the $2600. Bottom line: all they care about is money, their property managers change every 3 months and they don't care about their residents at all.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. I have only lived in about 6 apartments before so I am no apartment Dr. Being military, we move around occasionally. These were by far the worst ones I have lived in. The floors and ceilings are about as thin as the windows . But on the bright side I brushed up on my Arabic since I could hear every word of their conversation upstairs. Your AC will have to be running constantly since all of the cool air goes right through them. There was a person 3 apartments down that had the cops called on him at least 5 times, and he even called on us once because we were drinking in public...in our yard.. the cops were very nice about it all. It took about 4 months but they finally kicked them out . We came back to 3 slashed tires on separate occasions Their 'security' does nothing . Multiple times, at night, groups would go to the dog park and drink until early in the morning, leaving smashed bottles and their empties all over the park. We would have to go clean the broken glass ourselves after putting in work orders for a week didn't help. I think they cleaned up the poop once in the year we were there. They DO NOT work with military when it's time to move . We had to go to JAG in order for them to let us out of the contract. I can't imagine what they would to to a civilian that can't afford a lawyer . The front desk people 'were very helpful'. After we called the regional manager. And the lounge chairs at the pool are at a really weird angle. They are more for art than hanging out .It sucks there are no trees to hide from the sun while you are at the pool

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Bugs/cockroaches everywhere. Noisey neighbors where the police have been called numerous times. I've heard gun shots. The staff is ALWAYS RUDE. Only one lady was nice who helped me when I moved in. She is no longer there and I can see why. When I was moving out, they added all of these ridiculous charges and when I called to have them explain they said the right person would get back to me. I have called numerous different days and either they don't answer or not once has the "right person" got back to me. All anyone has said to me is, "the amount you owe goes to a collector. So if you don't pay it, it'll ruin your credit" they charged me even for damages I didn't do and yet I have to pay it and my credit is getting ruined because they won't call me back and fix the problem. Don't move here! Unless you like bugs and paying tons of extra money for no good reason.

I am a current resident and have been one for nearly 2 years, never any issues, never caused any problems. At the moment I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at the management of these apartment complexes and their management. I'd like to consider myself a good tenant who pays on time, I never asked for much or tried to bother, but because of other tenants not being "responsible", My little girl, my dog and myself are being let out of our lease or what's close to feeling like "evicted" . For animal lovers, dogs, cats, etc. this is the place for you, but please keep an eye on your pets, they will be blamed for other irresponsible tenants problems. Be prepared for nobody to ever answer phones (unless they just don't like answering my calls). Maintenance guys "quick fix" issues. I loved the original management, but since the change, it's been terrible. I'm leaving a 1 star because they could not help me in anyway, so take this review with a grain of salt. they would rather see me walk away then deal with the issue, now I have to uproot my family back down to the valley. What a shame...Good luck to you all and God Bless! **updated** In response to the owner: My dog is not aggressive, she's a sweet, loving loyal pitbull. A service dog to both me and my daughter. They're blaming the death of my neighbors cat on my dog with no physical or video evidence. A cat that was in MY YARD. I loved that cat for TWO years like it was my own. My dog never, not once, in the two years of living here showed signs of aggression towards that cat. I do not condone that behavior from my dog, she knows better. I could sue the complex for pain and suffering they've put me and my family through. No dog should be judged based off "he said she said". These owners did not know my dogs personally. Shame on them for even labeling her "aggressive".

OMG i wish i cpuld use negative stars.do not rent here!!!! I have issues with the management here (roscoe properties) allllll the time. The a/c units are failing apart and they do not want to replace them. So ypu pay higher electric bills (about 140 a month) for my tiny 1 bedroom. And on top of that the unit never gets to 75 which is stupidity at its finest. They switch out office ladies about once a week with temps so they dont care if stuff gets done or not. They have let this once cool property fall apart. Doors to pool and dog area break and dont get fixed for weeks at a time. They let trashy occupants do stupid things like put used nasty sofas in the laundry rooms along with corny redneck wallart and full sized refrigerator in the laundry room for weeks until i complained. I spoke to the regional maganer and she said "oh i didnt walk the laundry room". My apartment got broken into once and my truck twice. Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place and i would say any property run by roscoe management.

But the inside is all freshly renovated, new appliances AC units, nice hardwood floors and showers. Really does look like the apartment on the website.... good price for the area as well!!

I rented apartment there since they have a yard, however, after moving in they informed me that the gate to the fence was broken and not attached. I got this place so my dog could securely roam the yard. I frequently asked them to fix the fence and after 6 months I had to give up my dog for security and liability reasons. I couldn't risk having my dog break through the propped up gate and get hit by a car. I mentioned after moving out that I should get a discounted\waived moving out free, however, they had no sympathy and was only interested in obtaining my money rather then leaving a client in good terms.

If I could give zero stars I would. Trash!! Roaches, bad business. They sit in their lavish office and show you a really nice model. They put you in a nasty, ghetto apartment. They don't care how you live and they will let families with 8 kids and 3 adults reside in a 1000 sf apartment. They don't take care of the grass around the area and told us we would get a backyard. It was trash, rocks and weeds. Our apartment was filthy the day we were going to move in. The lady in the front actually had the nerve to give my husband the key and was just going to wait to see if he would complain. I guess some people are ok with moving into a nasty apartment. I had to basically force them to call a cleaning crew on that Saturday so we could move in. We already had the moving truck and she had the nerve to tell me it couldn't be cleaned until Monday! I had called that morning to make sure everything was ready for us! She said it was all good!! Bahahaha The apartment wasn't just dirty, things were broken, the bathtub was raunchy. It had a huge yellow stain, tile was peeling, curtain rod was broken, hair and it smelled like piss. I could go on and on. Trust me!!! Never ever rent from here!
