I have stayed at the Vue from 3/2017-3/2018 . It was a roller coaster ride . My initial apartment was facing inward close the main furnace ( which provides air to not only apartments but also the restaurants attached to the building ) extremely noisy affecting our sleep and quality of life . After multiple requests , changed to another apartment closer to non- stop construction outside ( sometimes starting at 3 am) The exercise room is extremely small with bare minimum equipments , having three people seems like overcrowded . For building of almost 200 residents , there are only 2 elevators for six floors . Good luck with catching elevators if one of these elevators is blocked for moving in / moving out . The worse part , extremely snobbish and unprofessional front office staff/manager . Instead of taking genuine concerns seriously , the complaints are brushed off and somehow its the residents fault . For so called luxury apartments and high price , there are many better options in Salt Lake . Save yourself money and a good night sleep .

Have been at The Vue for a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. Complex is always clean and very quiet, and the management has been incredibly responsive. Only had a couple of issues within my apartment, but the management and maintenance had them fixed before I returned home that night. Everyone very friendly and welcoming from the residents to the management. Would definitely recommend!!

Love this place. I mean, it is the best location in SLC - heart of sugarhouse and tons of stuff to do. The office staff is super cool. Love Tawny as she always deals with my crazy demands. Agree that the tech package is not cool, but contracts are contracts... get real people. We pay to live amongst fellow residents that are a bit on the high demand side... but its nice to know I can have a Nordstrom box sit outside my door for 2 weeks and no one will touch it.

Ive lived at the Vue for almost 2 years now and it is by far the best place Ive ever lived. I love how I can walk everywhere and on the weekends its so lively in sugarhouse but I am amazed at how quiet it is once I get up to my apartment. Ive met many new friends here and everyone is so welcoming and willing to help when needed. The staff at front desk is so friendly has provided exceptional service and responds quickly when I need assistance. Ive been thinking about buying a house but as of now I dont want to leave this place. Hope to stay for a long time.

Came here for work relocation. Bernardo was nice but pretty sales driven. When I first visited to find out about pricing and availability I was floored at the $185 monthly amenities charge bumping a 1 bedroom up from $1375 to $1560 before utilities, etc. I left considering other options in the area. Due to a time constraint I returned hopeful and willing to tour the property. Bernardo was willing to waive the hefty administrative and application fee and allow $175 holding deposit to process. I let him know that I have had a few credit issues over the past few years and if needed my family could co-sign. The next day I returned and proceeded with their application. By the end of the day I received a call stating I would indeed need a guarantor. My mother had just broken her foot a couple days prior and I had to assist her with the application submission via email. Everything was fine up until speaking with Tawny (or however you spell this rude, condescending, stuck up womans name). She seemed nice and understanding at first, until she started blindly calling my previous boss for rental verification, calling my mothers work (which ended up being the incorrect number by accident on the application), and ultimately running our credit for no reason to tell me that our combined income of over $100k/yr would not qualify us for the apartment. This woman ended up making us feel less than par, unwelcomed and not good enough to be residents here. I personally run a $10 million business here in Sugar House and not only was this less than a 1 star experience, this was a waste of our time, money and an obliteration of a networking opportunity. I will be reaching out to the property management to make a formal complaint about the proper protocols that should have been followed, phone calls regarding incorrect information verification, as well as what seemed like an overly confident management that could potentially be hindering business as opposed to growing it. Thanks for running our credit for no reason, I will tell everyone I meet in this new fast growing market to shop elsewhere.
