It's a nice place, but grass isn't cut often, dog feces receptacles are not often cleaned and replaced so they end up over flowing with bags of poop. Many dogs there also don't have leashes on when they are outside which can cause MANY problems as you might have already guessed.

Horrible management that nickle and dime for every little thing (fee to pay utilities, fee to pay online, multiple fees when you move in, etc). Management had to rent a dumpster to clean out a unit that was destroyed. They charged all the residents in the complex for the cost of the dumpster which was clearly their responsibility. Buildings are cheaply built and even though the maintenance guy (Jason) was amazing, he was constantly having to fix something. Property managers are often not able to be reached and they do a horrible job taking care of the grounds (grass isn't cut often, dog poop all over, some residents have crap piling all over). I would avoid Madrona and really any property that Lotus operates. The value certainly is not there.

I have been a resident at Madrona since it was built back in 2014 and I have remained in the same unit since the day I moved in. Madrona Town homes are beautifully designed with a modern architectural look and feel to them. What initially attracted me most to Madrona was the bedroom sizes with huge walk in closets and the amazing bathrooms that each bedroom comes with which I have not seen in almost any apartment/town homes ive seen! What is also great about them is the fact that all the bedrooms are almost the same sizes unlike most places where you have a master bedroom and a tiny 2nd or 3rd bedroom. Of course all the other features like granite/quartz counter tops and faux hardwood floors and best of all, attached garages to each unit which makes winter so much more enjoyable! Aside from the beautiful units that Madrona has to offer, the property management company AMC is one of the highest ranked property management companies in the nation and they are for a reason! The property managers and staff are amazing and they actually want to make their tenants happy so they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and part of the Madrona Family! The grounds are immaculate and kept up throughout the year and really make it a pristine and luxurious living environment. I am so glad to be part of Madrona and absolutely encourage those who havent seen it, to come check it out for yourselves because the pictures dont do it justice!
