I have lived here a year now. Apparently its switched owners a couple times. The last company to buy the complex seems to have more resources. This place definitely had a rough patch. However it has improved and had some money put into it. It got an actual maintenance team. My partner and I love it but are able to live pretty come and go minimalistic lifestyles. If you cant? I would look elsewhere. Very pet friendly! Manager is generally pretty very active and helpful. Two of the cities best coffee shops are a five minute walk outside the doors Publik and Blue Copper. As long as the gas station at the corner controls the traffic coming through, it is safe. If it goes back to prior days. I WOULD AVOID LIVING ON THIS BLOCK AT ALL! As of now, it is controlled and very pretty.

Went and toured the facility and was very impressed! Plus, two words, pet friendly! Highly recommend.

This apartment has been my saving grace. A huge thing that was important to me was being able to bring my pup with me. I adopted her from a good friend that passed suddenly, and Audra was able to quickly get me moved in. At my previous place I constantly had gastrointestinal issues because I was so stressed sharing an apartment with so many girls, and then them not liking my dog was a huge negative. Audra allowed someone to co-sign on my unit as I was between jobs when I signed my lease. My quality of life has increased immensely since moving in about a month ago, and if you are considering moving into this apartment I greatly recommend it. The only less from positive item that I noticed when I moved in was I called the office line throughout my move in process, and it was a bit difficult to get in contact with Audra. I wish there was dedicated parking spaces but I dont mind parking on the street. I have never had issues with not finding parking.

At first I was skeptical of the management since it was the third place to manage this apartment building. It started a bit messy as they tried to keep everything organized from all the changes and tenants in and out and COVID etc. but they did a great job!! Audra is very caring and understanding and has always been right on any issue I have had (not many). She is great at staying in contact with us tenants and so much better than our last management teams. I do wish the cleaning team cleaned the building area more often so thats why I gave four stars not five
