Hi! I wanted to share a little more about the property at 2330 Hurley Way and why it’s such a great place to live.
The location is one of the biggest highlights—it’s very central, with easy access to Business 80 and Highway 50, so getting to downtown, Sac State, or other parts of Sacramento is quick and convenient. You also have grocery stores, shops, and everyday essentials within walking distance, which makes daily life really easy.
There are plenty of food options nearby as well, from casual dining to quick takeout spots, and larger shopping centers like Arden Fair Mall are just a short drive away. If you enjoy being outdoors, you’re close to parks and the American River trails, which are great for walking, biking, or just getting some fresh air.
The neighborhood itself has a nice, quiet residential feel while still being close to everything you need, which a lot of our residents really appreciate.
Another big plus is the management—there’s an amazing management team in place who is very responsive and available whenever you need her, so you’ll always have support if anything comes up.
