No neighbor behind you. Just open green space with a soccer field, basketball court, and walking trail, so the view out back stays open and the kids have somewhere to go that isn't the street. Nearby. Roughly 30 miles east of Dallas with quick I-30 access. Ten minutes or so to the water and about fifteen to Rockwall's waterfront district, where The Harbor offers lakefront dining, a lakefront walkway, boutique shops, a Cinemark, and an amphitheater. Rockwall bills itself as the official free live music capital of Texas, with concerts by the lake, downtown, and in the parks year round.
Pets. Dogs and cats welcome, subject to community rules. With a fenced yard this size, no neighbor behind you, and a dog park down the trail, your dog will have a better setup here than in most rentals in the county.
Terms. Unfurnished, but refrigerator, washer, dryer, and lawn equipment are included. One year minimum, longer preferred. HOA dues are covered in the rent, so full amenity access comes with the lease. Lawn maintenance is the tenant's responsibility and the HOA does enforce its standards, so budget for a service or plan to keep up with it. A note from the owner. We're not leaving because of the house. A medical situation in the family requires a drier climate, so we're relocating out of state.
