Unless otherwise noted below, all applicants must complete a digital animal verification process. You also must complete the process any time an animal is added to your household during your lease term as well as at lease renewal.
The purpose of this policy is to help ensure that management has accurate and up-to-date records of all pets and service and support animals in the community and that all residents comply with the property’s pet policies.
To meet this requirement, applicants must use PetClear, an online animal verification platform administered by Foxen Administration, LLC (“Foxen”).
PetClear also offers a secure and convenient option for individuals with disabilities who wish to submit a reasonable accommodation request under the Fair Housing Act to keep a service animal or support animal in their residence. Use of PetClear for this purpose is optional. If you prefer, you may choose instead to submit your request and supporting documentation directly to management.
Residents who do not have a pet, including residents who submit reasonable accommodation requests to have an assistance animal in their unit, will not be charged for PetClear. For residents with pets, the cost is $30.00 per pet, paid directly to Foxen through the PetClear platform.
Please follow the instructions below to complete the PetClear process:
- Upon submitting your leasing application, you will receive an email from Foxen welcoming you to PetClear. The email contains a unique profile link.
- Once logged in, complete the verification process by navigating to the “Animal Info” page and clicking “begin”.
