Positives: 1. Gates are easy to use. There is one entrance (by the office) and two exit gates (one by the office, the other at the south end) 2. Maintenance and staff are very friendly 3. Maintenance is punctual and always fixes the problem the first time 4. The apartments are beautiful, especially if you go for one with a porch. 5. Paying is easy using their online portal 6. The grill and pool space is a decent size and clean 7. The gym is rarely used by more than 2 people at a time, so you can expect a bit of privacy 8. They have a pre inspection before moving out to show you what else you'll need to clean before being charged 9. Two dog parks and very animal friendly Negatives: 1. Kind of expensive for younger buyers. Water is "included in rent" but is actually added on to the rent amount. Your rent will fluctuate with use. 2. No accountability for dog waste, even though you pay for them to fine people. 3. Crazy "dips" in the streets that can mess up a bumper 4. People cant drive here. They speed a lot while lots of people are also driving or walking. 5. Ordering delivery food is a nightmare. Google auto- corrects the address to bolingbrook so you need to use the apartment complex's name. And then you'll need to direct each driver to youre home because there are no street names. The complex is too new for google to understand the roads so its not clear to them where you live. I would definitely live here again, just not in the back apartments, and when I get paid a bit more money, and when google maps us updated to let's me be lazy after work
