I've lived here for about 1 year and found that there are many apts available. People moved out and not moving in. There's permanent gas grills to use all year round, but they need to be cleaned out and the coals replaced. The picnic tables have been stained, but they should have been sanded down and then preserved with proper stain. It was a waste of time/money for the pm to "color" the tables, because it's peeling off and you need to bring a table cloth if you want to eat off the tables. There's a neighbor who constantly throws food out his window to feed the squirrels and skunks, so you really can't sit outside in the early evening hours and enjoy the scenery and chat with friends/neighbors because you could get sprayed! I've put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago (1 per week) and they've not been acknowledged or a note left in my apartment telling me that my problem had been taken care of. But on the good side, the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apt is spacious and the building is quiet (probably because people have been moving out and not being replaced). Being that there is no pool on the premises I strongly feel that the management should reconsider their pet policy and allow small dogs (under 40 lbs) to compensate for what this place doesn't have. All in all, it's not totally what I've expected, but it's a place to live, for now.
