I really enjoyed touring community. Ken was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely make Flats @ Shady Grove a place to call home.

The Flats are great! It's a quiet neighborhood literally all day and night. It's accessible to 200, 270, and 95 (highways) and it's convenient. Brandy and Ken have been great every time that I've needed help. I had a maintenance issue that I had spoken with Ken about and before I even made it back into my apartment from the leasing office- he had already put a request in for me. I appreciate both of their professionalism and willingness to help. I have no complaints :)

I normally do not write reviews, the only reason I am writing one for The Flats is because Kenny and Brandy are literally the best. Ive never lived in a complex where the property managers are as wonderful as Kenny and Brandy. I havent had to complain about anything to them yet but I know that if I do they will do their best to resolve the issue. They always make themselves available, if you knock on the office door they are always available to answer your questions with a smile! The maintenance man Cruz is also really great, works quickly and is very professional. Overall, I am very thankful to Brandy, Kenny and Cruz for all the help they have given me!

Personally writing this review because Brandy and Ken are extremely professional. I've lived here for about 4 months and although I've ran into issues with the apartment, they were quick to have my issues addressed. The media room and yoga room are great amenities to have, as well as the Amazon lockers in the basement. I do wish the pool was finished already as summer is ending but construction is still active on the pool area. The property itself is safe thus far, and no issues with finding parking + it's free to park (praise God lol)...
