I came in for a tour with Savannah and she was so pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable about her property and the leasing process. My only issue has nothing to with her but with the pricing of a 2 bedroom. The apartment was lovely, just out of a realistic financial plan. Savannah deserves the five stars! Great place to live! We were actually very sad and disappointed when we had to put in our notice. We have never had a problem with maintenance or the leasing office. Both are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that we brought to their attention (same day or next business day kind of service). They are always organizing special things for the community (quarterly giveaways, food trucks in the parking lot, decorating contests, etc.) the amenities are kept pretty clean, and the complex itself is very well taken care of. Our only problem was when we wanted to move up in apartment. My husband, brother-in-law and I were living in a 1-bedroom and wanted to move to a 3-bed, but we were also about to buy a 3rd car. We called the leasing office 2-3 times to inquire if we could have 3 cars on a lease for a 3-bedroom and they said it was impossible to do so. Since they were unable to accommodate, we needed to find a community that could. We ended up finding a place that suited our need and started a new lease. When we put in our notice for Vesada, they tried very hard to get us to stay. We were pretty disappointed that it took us finalizing a new contract for them to realize they were losing a renter they wanted to keep (and we really did want to stay!). Overall, I think Vesada is a great complex, despite the parking issue. Anyone who wants to make Vesada their home definitely needs to come check it out!

I lived here almost 9 years and felt very comfortable at this location. It is actually in the city of Jurupa Valley. The washer/dryer in the apartment plus microwave, dishwasher, oven and refigerator are the perks I enjoy. And the ice maker in the fridge is one of the little things that delight me. Office and maintenance staff are helpful and professional. And I didn't even have to change a light bulb. Maintenance would do it for me. Pool and spa were kept open year round before COVID19.
