I have lived at Riverside Apartments for roughly 7 years and my experience has always been positive. Sara, the manager, is very accommodating and goes out of her way to making living here better. Over the past couple of years there has been a lot of great updates, including new carpet, linoleum, paint and windows. Also, when ever I have a maintenance issue, Jason, is quick to respond and fix the problem. Over all, I would definitely recommend living here.

This complex is total trash. The management sucks and doesn't care about anyone who lives here. Our fire alarm hasn't worked in months. We've contacted management multiple times, with no response. Also if you're looking for a place that doesn't monitor parking and has way to small of a lot for how many people live here you found it. Have to call a towing company or park on the street. When you pay a ridiculous amount of money for a trashy apartment you should atleast be able to park in the parking lot.

I would like to start off by saying management has found a way to remove several reviews on this apartment. Prior to me posting this, there were numerous negative reviews.
There is never anyone in the office, you cant complain about the noise or anyone else because the apartment manager is usually part of the party or with her little boyfriend she is always with, who is also a tenant in the building.
If something goes wrong, you will need to leave several voicemails before anything is done.
There is a black ghetto guy who sells drugs out of the apartment and nothing is done, even after filling a complaint.
The only good thing about this place is the cheap rent, otherwise I would definitely not recommend renting here. I lived here from 2010-2013
