I have a recording of the bedroom in my phone (as well as pictures upload online), couldn't upload due to it being too large, if requested I can provide the video to better illustrate the space being rented out. Located on the SECOND FLOOR, this bedroom has CARPET flooring and CLOSET SPACE.
It is ONLY for STORAGE because there is NO POLE SET-UP.
Instead, there are SHELVES for storage.
There is also a MID-SIZE BEDROOM nearby, turned into a FULL WALK-IN CLOSET.
This ROOM is just TWO STEPS out of the master bedroom.
It has TONS of SPACE, and STORAGE.
Inside this room, there is a SMALL CLOSET for additional space.
This bedroom was originally built as a bedroom.
A DRESSER is included, offering LOTS of STORAGE for LINEN and CLOTHES.
This TENANT will ALSO HAVE a full LINEN CLOSET, which can be used for LINEN or OTHER ITEMS.
There is ANOTHER CLOSET to store LUGGAGE and OTHER MATERIAL.
If EXTRA STORAGE is NEEDED, the TENANT has ACCESS to a SMALL ATTIC.
Please remember that the ATTIC gets VERY HOT in SUMMER and VERY COLD in WINTER.
The 1 BATH will BE SHARED with other the tenant.
The shared space also includes the LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA, and KITCHEN. You will have your own whole refrigerator and pantry (maybe shared, but this could be managed with the shelves)
The HOME has an OPEN-CONCEPT DESIGN on the LOWER FLOOR.
As soon as you ENTER, you will SEE the LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, and KITCHEN.
CABINETS are shared but can BE LABELED for each TENANT.
There is also a PANTRY, which may be SHARED.
Please NOTE: THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS. One car for parking but there are empty lots across the street, I recommend parking to the right of the lot, max an additional two cars.
