Monarch Woods, located on Jahnke Road in South Richmond, is designed for residents aged 62 years and older. Offering comfort and convenience, Monarch Woods has well-designed one-bedroom homes which are barrier-free, have a fully equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting in living areas, easy care vinyl floors in kitchens and baths, and emergency pull-cords in each bathroom and bedroom. Residents have access to a variety of community spaces including libraries, lounges, and courtyards. Monarch Woods offers on-site laundry facilities, has ample off-street parking and our building has electronic access control for added peace of mind.
