There front desk customer service is so crappy they live here as well theres all types of dogs here that are not service dog there WiFi does not work they charge extra for that this place is not clean the room floor looks like they never clean it the sink is bearly hanging on the power cuts on an off tv does not work but they wanna charge 270 when I paid 220 my first week stayin here i was told that the prices goes down it doesnt mind you the elevator has not been fixed the whole week i been here I actually got stuck theres 16 floors here with one elevator wat are these people really doin with our money

Waited forever for someone to show me a room but after what I witnessed and experienced in the lobby and outside the front door while I was here I went elsewhere, fast. Homeless man tried to sell me his food stamps, big fat lady with long yellow smokers nails sat outside the front door smoking and telling me all about her upcoming eviction and how this place had ripped off her credit card....spit, needle caps, and who knows what else all over the sidewalk...disgusting

When the Siegel Suites say that you get free electric, free phone, and free cable and stuff they arent really free we are paying for all of that stuff thats why we have to pay over a thousand dollars just to live their its a rip off how much they charge people.
Ive lived here since last year never had any issues with this place other then when doing laundry and other tenants touch my clothes....
Ive lived here since last year never had any issues with this place other then when doing laundry and other tenants touch my clothes.
The staff is nice and knows us by name and room number, never once have I delt with a rude employee of any kind. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers and the maintenance men. The elevator has broken down a total of three times since I've lived here due to people letting their children play on them pressing all the buttons and too many people trying to get on one elevator plus usual maintenance on it other then that both elevators are always working. The buliding is cleaned everyday, the the building is secured only people who enter are people who live here visitor's aren't allowed past the lobby unless the resident comes down the get them.

Besides what I have read from other reviews, the staff has been very friendly to us and the rooms are very very clean and nice, especially for the price. Yes there could be a couple of changes like thicker walls so you don't hear your neighbor talking but other than that, they keep it very secured and we feel very safe and it really quiet, which surprised very much. I don't think it's too bad at all! The Suites are really nice!
