Well I LIVE HERE AND THE PEOPLE THEY RENT TO ARE PRETTY MUCH GHETTO PEROLES PROSTITUTES ADDICTS AND STRAIGHT PIGS HEROIN ADDICTS,METH HEADS, HOOKERS TJAT GET BEAT BY THEIR PIMPS, BLOOD ON THE WALLS AND CARPETS ON THE 3RD FLOOR, PIGS THAT LEAVE THEIR TRASH IN THE HALLS ETC. NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FOR SURE! BUT IF YOUR A HOOKER A PEROLE OR A DRUG DEALER WELCOME!! THEY DON'T DO BK GROUND CHECKS LIES!!!!

Very clean and the people who work there are so amazing and sweet to me and my husband. Rooms were perfect and had everything but a stove Lol. Had no place to live and no renting history but they still managed to help us out. We stayed there for a year and when their was any problems they were taken care of right a way. Sometimes the elevator was out of order but that was fine with me. Overall I will always go back their if I need a place to stay for a while.
Mice, Mice, Mice. staff is very helpful, lovely location, however, rather expensive for not having a kitchen to cook in. oh, and mice.

It is clean and about as boring basic as you can get. A bit expensive at $250 a week, but not the worst ive been into

The Siegel suites El Cortez is not the nicest, nor is it the best; but what it lacks in those areas, it makes up...
The Siegel suites El Cortez is not the nicest, nor is it the best; but what it lacks in those areas, it makes up for in others. It is right in the middle of downtown, close to everything and has a bar and store next to it! What could beat that?! Hahaha

The maintenance man showed me a room, very roomy and afforadable for the location.

The staff was great to me. If there was a problem i could tell them one time and in a matter of hours it was taken care of or some type of reassurance that it's being taken care of. I'm going to close out after this it's a difference when your trained to do something the staff that helped me and my family out has compassion at what they do and that's why there good at it.

The second hour I got bedbug bites laying in bed on my arm...and I KNOW bedbug bites as I have struggled staying at many downtown, 4th st, AND Sparks Motels, they find me quicker than any person Ive met, tomorrow I will bug-bomb and pray it helps as I paid for a week.
..The lady at the desk is hard to understand with her poor english.
..The first paper you sign states NO visitors, among other crazy rules, its too quiet here, almost feels like a hotel full of weirdos or psychos, I hope to meet some neighbors or it will be very depressing by the end of the week.
... ...Also no microwaves, no fridges, the heater is SO old can't figure out how to use it!?
... At $124/wk I'd rather be tenting it, Im pregnant and feel like I might be risking my health by staying here...?
