I have been living here for 8 months and have and an overall good experience so far!
Pros:
- Apartment is quiet and soundproof
- Very dog friendly
- Office staff is very helpful and responds quickly
- Mantincence requests are fulfilled quickly
- Nice gym and pool
- Complex is close to freeway onramp, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.
- I have almost always been able to find unassigned parking!!!
Cons:
- I wish the community was gated
- Dog park construction has been delayed. A dog park would make the Phoenix prefect

Its a wonderful place, the staff are always extremely helpful and willing to work with you on anything. The buildings and apartments are really nice looking and great! The pool and hot tub are great for hot days and cold nights, Lovely place! But every place does have its cons as well. They are not that bad though, you get your own parking spot, its difficult to park close to your apartment with any extra vehicles though, and it is fairly pricy, but they do have flex pay available which makes it much easier to pay the rent!
