As you exit to the back yard, you will go through an enclosed office space with extra storage. This will lead to the back, covered deck overlooking the pool that is maintained for you. There is also an attached 2-car garage for parking and with your laundry hook-ups.
Lease term is 12 months, a small pet to be approved at the sole discretion of the property owner will be considered with an additional pet rent of at least $25. Home owner pays for the monthly pool service, tenant will be responsible for all utilities and for maintaining the low-maintenance landscaping.
