All pets will undergo verification through a third-party screening service. There is a limit to 3 dogs per apartment, weighing no more than 75 pounds. All pets must be pre-approved in person by the manager(s). Any pet may be denied for any reason. Prior to approval, the Pet Fee of $400 must be paid for all cats/dogs and a picture of your pet with veterinarian statement(s) provided to prove breed, age, and weight. Immunization is also needed for your resident file. Once your pet has met all said requirements and is deemed approved by management; resident will pay the Pet Fee of $400 to complete the Pet Application process. No Visiting Pets are permitted at University Suites Apartments. University Suites is happy to allow MOST breeds of dogs at some of our communities; however, there are a few exceptions. This list was revised as of November 8, 2020. This Breed Restriction list may change at any time with or without notice; please see office for current list. Caged Animals do not require an additional deposit but there is a $10 monthly fee for all rabbits, gerbils, ferrets, hamsters, birds, turtles, reptiles (no snakes allowed) and chinchillas must be kept in an appropriate cage at all times. Fish tanks may not exceed 25 gallons and must be placed in a safe location in the unit.
University Suites at Centennial is the premier off-campus student apartment community in Raleigh, North Carolina. Located near NC State, Meredith College, Peace College, Shaw University, Wake Tech Community College, and the heart of downtown Raleigh. We currently offer partially furnished 3 and 4 bedroom townhome apartments. University Suites also offers a private resident shuttle that will drop off and pick up students at NC State main and Centennial Campus.
