We are a pet-friendly community with a maximum of two pets per apartment home and a 40 lb weight limit per pet. All pets must be pre-approved in writing prior to being brought onsite and registered through PetScreening.com. A $500 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet apply. Residents are responsible for their pet’s behavior at all times. Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to deny any pet.

Great access to NC State Centennial and main campus by bus, bike, or walking. Also close by a grocery store so you don't need a car. It's very convenient.
