Enclosed yard off back patio and another enclosed side yard. Public areas downstairs (kitchen, living room, and dining room will be shared with tenant. 2nd level with Loft upstairs for family ONLY. I do have an upstairs office if you needed to print or scan document, let me know and you can with prior permission. Mailbox in the back of the house. Access to indoor gym with key fob in recreation facility and greenway both within short walking distance from the house. Outdoor gym in walking distance as well.
Washer/dryer/utility sink, small wall ironing board, and drying line in laundry room on first floor. Cleaning products will be provided in your room or laundry room. I do have a cleaning lady that comes in every 2-3 months to clean entire house.
Makeshift kitchen in garage with storage cabinets and a usable sink with hot/cold water. WILL provide dedicated upper/lower cabinets for tenant to store their private food items. Tenant will also have dedicated freezer and fridge space in main refrigerator in the house.
WILL provide dedicated cooking pots, bakeware, utensils, and other cooking items for tenants use only.
