Our upper units have cathedral ceilings and our lower units have a large under-stairwell storage closet. the Master suite offers it's own bathroom and a walk-in closet. Our community has a playground, professional landscaping and bicycle racks.

Emery Pines is low income housing tax credit property. Income and Student restrictions apply. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

Smoke Free Living Environment - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in an apartment unit, on a patio or balcony, in an apartment building or in common areas of the community. This is not a ‘no-smoking’ community, smoking is still allowed out-of-doors, at least 25 feet away from the building and in posted designated smoking areas. Accepts Section 8.
