I just want to say that I am happy to be open to changing this review. The welcome papers ask for a Google rating so I am giving an honest review. Our move in experience was just ok, not too great. Pros: -Management was accommodating with our move in. We had a drive across the country and got in really late at night. They left a key under the mat for us. -The pricing is good for the area and the units are nice for the price as well. -The parking has been a lot better than our last apartment. -Its in a really safe area. -The leasing agent Mary is pretty nice. Cons: -The apartment was not ready for a new tenant. -There was no toilet seat in my bathroom for about a week until after move in until I kept calling for one to be put in lol. -Ice machine still doesnt work -Doors still stick pretty bad and need to be sanded down. -Ceiling fan in my bedroom was caked on with dust. -Our laundry units were added a week after move-in. To be fair, we were told they would come in a couple days late, though it was after we paid for an application for the apartment. -Our neighbor is moving out tomorrow and he said they had issues with maintenance here. Hopefully that may not be the case for us.

We just moved in a few weeks ago. Our shower was backing up. I put in a work order and they came the next day. It was repaired. The same day pest control arrived and reassured me of his schedule and that he was available anytime. Office staff is amazing as well as all the staff I came into contact with today.

Pavilions has made it a very smooth experience moving cross-country to the area. The approval process was straight forward and the apartment was ready for us when we arrived. The community overall is quiet and friendly. Everything from appliances to community amenities are working as advertised. Id recommend!

This is a review regarding the process of getting my apartment. I had the a new office manager Abigail. I was the first person to sign a lease with her, and she was so beyond sweet. She answered all my questions and clarified my misunderstandings in a respectful manner. Beyond happy with my experience this far! Abigail has eased my anxiety about living on my own and really made this an enjoyable experience.
