I lived at Coachman Trails for 3.5 years. I absolutely love the staff and loved the location. I would recommend anyone and everyone to live here. The only reason why I moved was because of my job. But hey, I'm still at a StuartCo property:) Thanks for everything Coachman Trails!

The apartments are old and very rarely updated. The carpet in my apartment was original (20 years)If you smoke cigarettes don't plan on getting your damage deposit back when you move, they will use that as their excuse. Don't bother cleaning either, no matter how much you clean, you will not get your deposit back! Power was lost during storms , that should NOT happen when a big company like Stuart owns the building. No heat, water, or electricity for 3 days!! Maintenance took days to fix problems like the ceiling in laundry room leaking form above apartment. Some things promised to fix never got done. I would not recommend Coachman Trails to anyone.

Since before I moved in at Coachman Trails every time I called or had a question someone was always been there to answer the phone and my question. I have lived there for almost 2 months, and have met most of my neighbors that live around me, and others in the building. Maintenance is awesome! The problem is fixed or taken care of within 24 hours and a note is left so you know someone has been there. I have even had them do a few non maint. items for me, that I just couldn't do myself. Something new that just occured is you can make maint. requests on line, along with paying your bill, if you have internet. They have an outdoor pool, 24 hour computer area, fitness center in both buildings, along with rent box in both buildings. You get 1 underground parking spot and storage unit with your rent, plus alot of sq. feet. Some updating could be done, but nice over all. I find the building to be clean, and quiet. The location is great! Plus, the 101 construction is over!! My only concern (being a dog owner myself) is that in the "dog building" some are not responsible and clean up after their pet even when poop bags are provide. Also, some of the trees around the properties walking path could be cleared better. However, over all I love the small community and staff.

I've had nothing but problems the 10 months I've lived here. When we moved in the apartment was dirty, and the office gave us the wrong parking space number (twice). Since living here the apartment kitchen has flooded three times, we're talking about both sinks, countertops, and the floor full of water. I agree that the Maintenance staff is great, management is horrible. For the money, this apartment complex is NOT WORTH the hassel.

The apartment is in a great area, not too busy and it's really pretty here. The office staff is attentive and maintenance very helpful. I moved in not too long ago and the you get a lot more square feet for your dollar here. Plus heat is included so that's always nice!
