My kids and I love it here! The apartments are very nice, clean and bright! I love the fact that the entrances are secured, there's security cameras, dishwashers, central air, nice appliances, hardwood floors and the carpeting in the bedrooms is nice! The fact that you can have pets here is a major plus! Love that there's an option to have washer/dryer and internet (with extra fees). The manager, Laurie, and the maintenance man, Carl, are very nice and helpful! It would be hard to believe, someone not liking it here!
P.S. - Be aware of the smoke alarms.....they. are. loud!!

Great place to live! Super convenient, and very new and clean. The manager, Laurie, is amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to help, and works with you to make sure you get fair pricing on income based units. And the maintenance guy, Carl, gets to work on requests immediately. Would 100% recommend. They also worked with me when I was in a wheelchair and everywhere was handicap accessible.

I just wanna say thank you so much to Laurie and Carl for making my move to the Ruxton so easy an living here has been by far the most enjoyable apartment living experience I've had.
Laurie worked tirelessly with me to help me get my apartment an I can't say enough about her. Very easy going, I get quick responses to any questions or concerns I have and always feel like she is inviting me in as a valued tenant. You can always feel free to stop in her office. She stops what I'm sure is a busy day to assist me if I need anything an always has a ready smile.
The building is clean, quiet an friendly whether you're an older person like myself or a younger tenant. I moved from a large country home to an apartment an I couldn't be happier with my choice .
