Pioneer Bluff is located 5 blocks south of campus. It is close to downtown and campus. For those wanting to drive we have a separate parking lot located one block from campus that you may use anytime. There are eight 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is large and spacious with great views. There are two large storage areas in each apartment. Each bedroom has an ethernet port for FREE internet access, plus access for cable, Dish or Direct TV. Each apartment has its own free washer and dryer in a separate utility room. Our buildings are insulated far beyond the required codes, so you can be assured you will not have high utility bills. We have just added video surveillance for your comfort and safety. These furnished units are a great economical way to live while in college.
