We lived in this community for close to 3 years. In one word our stay here was "wonderful". The community's courtyard is the hallmark , we didn't see it anywhere else in Plano. Its very good for kids and or for anyone for nice evening walk. Before the new management, we did have some issues with maintenance, however with Robinson group coming on board, those all problems have gone. the new management and their staff is very proactive in both handling maintenance request and keeping everyone informed. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone and everyone .

I moved here last July and I wasnt too happy with the management. They changed managers a couple months ago, and it was the best decision they could have made. Marissa (old manager) wasnt good at communicating and you never really knew if she was gonna be nice or mean. Its like she was bipolar or something. The new manager (Brittany) is literally a godsend. Her communication skills are unmatched and she provides phenomenal customer service! Yall, she texts us with anything of importance. Yes, she texts our phones!! Maybe its just me, but I miss a lot of important emails but never miss a text. I know its only been a couple months, but I just wanted to rave about Brittany. I highly suggest moving here.
