7 months of nice stay. I love this place as i got more new friends. Riachi is well kept & gated community. Staffs are friendly and helpful & maintenance is really quick as per our needs. Its very nearby to hwy 121 and easy to reach to office and stonebriar mall..etc. I recommend riachi as its excellent place to stay.

The best located apartment housing around the border of Plano and Frisco, i won't talk about amenities, accessibility ..etc as its perfect for a working class person like me. The standout part is the staff of this place which greets & treats you so well and makes you feel part of it. The apts are maintained like new and their maintenance service is very quick. All in all you get value for money and time spent. I want to extend my Thanks to wonderful management staff of this community, Kudos!!

This is a wonderful community to reside in. The property is well maintained and the units are very clean. I like that it is a small apartment complex bc there is never a issue with noise and disturbance. Great access to shopping and restaurants, major highways and the DFW airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are no issues with maintenance. Yvonne is the best! She is friendly and patient and always take care of her customers need. She makes you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your untit. She really put her customers interest first and dont will not be satisfied until you are. Ask for her if you considering living this community - she will take great care of you!

Staff is ok, there are a few office folks you should avoid as they cant do anything. Maintenance is very responsive. Actual apartment units are good, but if you value silence dont move here. Walls are very very thin. Pool and grill area are very nice! Overall very kid and family friendly. Valet trash is available 5 days a week. Rent is very reasonable for the location.

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it!!! Yvonne was my leasing agent, and she is fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel right at home. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have all of your questions answered prior to your move in date. The property is very well maintained and the people here are very friendly. Ive lived here for 3 years and the service has gone downhill. The rent is up and they are still not able to keep the amenities they have functional. At this moment im trying to leave this community because of how bad its gotten and they arent letting me. Everytime i come to give a notice that i want to move out they give a differnt story. Sometimes they say 60 day notice and other times they say 30 day notice. Because of them im forced to pay for a whole extra month. I have a avrage job that gets me a aprtment and food. Now ive signed a leace at another apartment and they changed what they said again. So i have to pay 2 lease. This whole cmmunity is about makeing it as hard as possible for you to leave i will never recomend this community to anyone and i hope this review stops you from moveing here.

My service requests were always fulfilled within a day. Neighborhood is safe and very clean. Highly recommend Riachi at One21 to everyone.

I've lived here for over 2 years. Service has definitely gone downhill in that time. The manager, Brian, does nothing at any time. The office staff, who were once very nice and helpful, now have attitudes and don't care if you have a problem. Rent has gone up an astronomical amount in just 2 years and the quality of people moving in has declined. Even the quality of office staff they are hiring is on the decline. I've had my truck broken into once and they didn't even bother to follow up. I've had things stolen from my patio and I felt like I was just being a nuisance to them when I reported it. The office manager said he would call me and never did. The smell coming from other apartments is atrocious. I never know when they are going to pick up trash now and ,at times, it may be a couple of days. They don't keep up with contract workers that come in and out if the complex so not sure why I'm paying for a gated apartment complex. I will be reporting everything to the corporate office. Other resident play loud music in their cars and have extremely loud exhaust on their cars and nothing is done. Residents park in visitors parking because they don't want to walk 10 extra feet from their assigned parking. Residents have, at times, 3 or more vehicles per apartment and use the visitor parking. When I mentioned this to the front office, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I rented a garage so that my visitors could have somewhere to park when they came to visit but I've had contract workers park in front of my garage door and I was unable to leave.

The manager and the office staff will never assist you. Presently, we are being poisoned by a toxic fumes from the remodeled apartment below us that come through the heating vents (23 F was last night). Despite the complains and fire department intervention, and a night in a hotel, the Riachi At One21 did NOTHING! Thus, I would not ever recommend to anyone renting here, especially if you are concern about your health and ecology. Riachi At One21 uses strong chemicals for cleaning and remodeling apartments, chemical fertilizers that even your dog gets poisoned, and very strong intoxicating air refreshers in their gym. Referring anyone here is like sending to Auschwitz (oh, but in the office they are not familiar with the term!). Lastly, living here you will be subject to become white and christian, as they only organized event is a Christmas decoration competition with praises, while most of the tenants are Muslim or from India who are very nice neighbors. So yes, overwhelming xenophobia rules in the office too.

I have lived in this community for almost 2 years now. They have 397 units and one trash compactor. Every Sunday, trash is piled up and it looks like a landfill. I will be moving on because the management has no common sense, and they simply do not care. I would definitely not move here or recommend it to anyone that I know. Before you move in drive in over the track that the front gate operates on and see how it feels and imagine doing that twice a day. Overpriced apartments and lousy management. The only thing that I am really happy about is that my lease is about to be up very soon.
