The absolutely gorgeous fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to cook in, featuring stunning quartz countertops, European-style cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living areas provide loads of seating on the funky, cozy furniture and are the perfect spot to gather everyone and make plans for your activities. You will love relaxing together around the TV and fireplace.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

*Pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees, you also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature.

*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $90 per day to maintain 90 degrees temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.
