We do require renter's insurance liability only of $100,000, which you can get thru your own policy or can enroll in our Master Policy for only $8 a month.
Are any utilities included?
We pay trash, water, and sewer, and you will pay gas and electric.
How close to town is your property?
Our property is less that 3 miles into town, with access to grocery, restaurants, gas stations, banks, parks, and the brand new YMCA building that was just opened!
Which school district are you in, and does Peru Schools have buses that come out there?
We are in the Maconaquah School District, however, there is a Peru Schools bus that comes and stops at the end of the drive. You would have to speak to the school about getting that set up if interested.
Any sort of Public transportation accessible?
The YMCA transit will come out to our property when called.
Are you close to the Nickel Plate Trail?
Our entrance is literally just seconds from a place where you can hop on the Nickel Plate Trail, which runs South all the way to Kokomo, and North, all the way up thru Peru and beyond!
Do you accept HUD Vouchers?
At this time, only the lower income restricted units will qualify with a HUD voucher. No market 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units will accept HUD vouchers at this time.
