I lived here for a little while and I really liked it. I didnt have any issues, and I only had to call maintenance once for an air conditioning problem. The woman who ran the office was very accommodating and understanding. The rent is a great price for the location. It is a rather quiet complex and its well taken care of. My only complaint is that the pool was not open the entire summer and it didnt seem like there were plans to open it. I thought it was a very nice place to live, and I have recommended it to family and friends countless times.

Do not move here. I could say more, but I will not waste time as other posters have already pointed out how awful everything is. With that said, DO NOT move here! The cheaper rent is not worth it and you will end up paying more anyways. Do no expect your deposit back, even if you leave it in great shape.

update for 2017: this place is still a great place. the rent is reasonable but they also try to keep it nice here. i like the fact that they dont let the tenants just get away with anything. the rules here are basic and reasonable. Dont let your dog bark all day, pick up your butts and dont speed through the lot because there are kids. Yeah i hear my neighbors but thats part of apartment life! If you can get the top floor i suggest doing that. I love my apt and the manager/maintenance team always does there job. Ive lived in plenty of rentals and this one is great for the price. Apartments down the road cost twice as much.

Not terrible but not the greatest. walls are paper thin. i can hear the tv's of the people above and below me. Other residents in my building always find something to complain about. They complain about my dog barking more than he actually does. My music being way too loud (in the middle of the day). I have a motorcycle and i cant even ride it through the parking lot with out the landlord or the neighbors complaining. (most recent was on a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon, not even Perrysburgs noise curfew-9pm) I get emails all the time about my guests smoking right outside the building complex and throwing their cigarette buds on the ground. Even though they are not ones to throw them on the ground because there are 5+ different kinds of cigarettes just thrown in the flower beds. Awful Management to constantly complain and target one resident without any proof. Maintenance never returns Phone calls. It take the Manager 4+ days to reply to emails. Like i said before neighbors complain about EVERYTHING, that could just be the one person across the hall that has hated me since day one because of my dog, it could be multiple people in my building. Doesn't necessarily mean all buildings have non compliance neighbors. I had a lease for 1 year, renewed my lease, and then 2 months later put a notice on my door for something that happened 4 months ago with her knowledge. The manager was really nice,until she started cornering me to leave on reasons she didn't even have any right, or proof over. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. At least not building 7433.
