Management is always on top of things. The maintenance guys are friendly and know what they are doing. I have been here for 3 years.

Ive had a really pleasant experience here. The maintenance guys come so quickly, everyone I meet seems friendly, I was able to get approved and move in quickly. We even moved our cousin and his fianc in from Nj because I liked it here so much. They now live right across from me :).
If there was one thing I could change is have full gates on the community so people cant just walk in and maybe cameras on the building doors because Ive had things stolen (house plant) but I suppose thats something a resident can do on their own with a ring doorbell, etc.
Anyway, its clean, peaceful and really nice here! I love it.

Leah is amazing and always willing to go out of her way to assist in any way she can. A real GEM! You won't be sorry moving here, it's been a wonderful experience!

We absolutely love Ora! Its truly such a wonderful place! From the initial inquiry to the move in day, the entire leasing staff has been tremendously amazing! Marcia and Leah are so wonderful! They are so caring and understanding and they will help you in any way to make sure your happy and taken care of. They make it so easy for you to go through the process! They are a huge reason why we choose Ora! The complex is spotless and the grounds are maintained so meticulously and every one does their part to keep it a slice of paradise for everyone! The units are beautiful and modern and it truly feels like your living in a 1 million dollar penthouse.

5/5 experience I have been living here rent-free for years. Even through multiple management changes and layers of paint, I'm still able to travel between the AC ducts and get into the first floor apartments by the playground. We had some interference from pest control earlier but were able to get back in a week later.
