What is the Pet Fee?
We are a pet friendly community. We allow up to two pets under 50lbs with a $300 Nonrefundable Pet Fee. We also require a photo and immunizations record. Breed restrictions apply.
Is renter's insurance required?
No. Renter's insurance is not required but definitely recommended. The property management company/landlord will not be held liable for any costs that may be incurred relation to the repair, cleaning, or replacement of any of personal property.
Do you offer short term leases?
No. The minimum lease term is 7 months. You can request your lease to be anywhere from 7-12 months.
How many people can occupy an apartment?
Per the Landlord Tenant Act, two people per room.
Is maintenace tenant responsibility?
No. We require that you report all maintenance issues to our office. We offer 24hr maintenance. We also supply air filters.
Who is the internet provider?
Villas West internet service is exclusively provided by Cox through QuickConnect. All apartments have preinstalled modems provided by Cox. You will get your first month free (preferred select plan), modem rental free, and free installation *Internet services not included in rent, must pay for your own service.
