APPLICATION INFORMATION
Applicants are encouraged to view the property before submitting an application.
The application fee is $60 per applicant. Each person who will be financially responsible under the lease must complete a separate application.
If applicable, a $250 non-refundable pet fee is charged for each approved pet, with a maximum of two pets. Breed and other pet restrictions may apply, and all pets are subject to approval. Pet fees and restrictions do not apply to approved assistance animals as required by applicable law.
RENTAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Applicants must meet the property's established rental criteria, which include:
No evictions within the previous five years.
No unpaid landlord-related collections within the previous five years.
No outstanding utility balances.
Combined gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent.
Applicants with a credit score below 625 may be required to provide a security deposit equal to two months' rent, subject to the property's rental criteria.
Applicants who are approved must complete the required security deposit or applicable Obligo enrollment within 48 hours of approval.
All applications are evaluated using the property's established rental criteria. Failure to meet the applicable requirements may result in denial of the application.
