Caroline is by far, hands down, the greatest property manager that you will ever encounter. If honestly can not say enough nice things about her. Kin, the maintenance man is also, a fantastically polite, timely, and very knowledgeable individual. I can't recommend Forest Hills enough.
Edit: we were charged so much money that Caroline said that we would NOT be charged. Suddenly, very disappointed, lying reverses all of the above smh

Just moved in in December, nice community, clean efficient rentals and manager is the best.

since new management takeover in 2008 the property has never looked or felt better. the pool, once closed is now open through the summer, it is the only rental property in Payson with a pool. The units are very large, and the staff is friendly and helpful. we now have covered parking, and frsh paint on the buildings. truly is a "Great place to live".
