Applications can be filled out on our website located at pasopm.com. Please be sure to complete the application and pay the 3rd party’s fee.
Proof of Income
Please upload proof of income from every person contributing to the household income. Proof of income can be provided in the form of (one or the other, not all):
- Copies of your paycheck stubs – last 2-3 most recent stubs
- Copies of your bank statement – one month, most recent statement
- Copies of your tax returns/documents – last year’s returns
Please provide the required documents to verify your income.
Pet Screening
Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not. We will send you a link once your application is complete.
Previous Residential History
Please provide at least five (5) years of your previous positive rental/residential history.
Credit Report and Screening
Once your completed application is received complete, we will receive a notification. A valid email address is required for each adult. Any fee is paid directly by the 3rd party or credit reporting agency and is non-refundable.
Qualification Requirements:
- Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation.
- A credit score should be 650 or higher.
- A valid photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Real ID, Resident Alien Card)
- Good/positive rental history.
- Sufficient income. The gross household income must be three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
- If you meet the above requirements and would like to schedule a showing prior to applying, we ask that you review the requirements, drive by the property and see online pictures and or videos and then please email info@pasopm.com. Approved applications are good for 3 months.
