Never stay at this place , in the last two years our upstairs neighbors washer broke and water overflew from their bathroom to ours and even kitchen . Even though we complained nothing was done , this time when I went to apartment office I was told that I have to pay for the clean up myself and claim it through renters insurance . They told me that the roof damage will be fixed in ten days . Apart from that in two separate incidents our two bikes were stolen from the parking garage (I was told that parking garage is only for the cars , May be it is . I was at least expecting that they will intimate others about such incidents ). Office staff is very rude and not compassionate when this kind of incidents happen .

The units are spacious. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff is poor with communicating changes. Nor do they see any issues with not telling you there is a change. It takes over 2 1/2 weeks and sometimes more for any maintenance issue to be addressed. As long as there are no issues during your stay you are good to go. God forbid you need something fixed... you might as well so it yourself.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Staff is very inexperience in dealing with tenants, impolite and rude. One of their leasing agent is british-indian who is beyond rude or ghetto. They give you little to no information when you ask a question! When you talk to them, It feels like that they dont want to work there but have no option! No care or cooperation with tenants what so ever. Seriously, DO NOT rent at those apartments. Windows, doors leaks cold air and moisture. No pest control what so ever. Maintenance staff are awful takes forever to fix anything. With all of this, they attract you with a LOW rent at the beginning of the lease. It is actually not LOW at all, it is in the upper $900 for small 2 beds 2 baths. And then, they jack up the rent to beyond $1100 after 9 months. One last thing to mention here if you are one of those people who care about their earned money (by not giving it away to those money-grabber little cities) Parma heights is high on income taxes, 1% additional taxes on top of the standardized 2% income tax in Cleveland overall. The grounds are consistently a mess- garbage everywhere. Buildings are falling apart. A downspout has fallen off another building and mine has lost several shingles. The leasing office will tell you one thing only to call you two days later telling you they were wrong. When we started the process we were promised an apartment on the 3rd floor. After we began signing papers and giving them money we were told that someone in the office had leased it to a friend of hers instead. By that time it was too late to back out of the leasing process. Maintenance is so slow responding we'd have to show them everything we had an issue with when they eventually would bother to show up. The woman above us said it was the only home her young daughter had ever known, she moved months ago. I just read in response to another review that tenants aren't supposed to store things in garages - they have done a terrible job enforcing that. I've seen raccoons living in the junk people store in there. I did not go to the office regarding this clear health and safety issue, since they have shown time and time again that they do not care. I think fault lies with the the management company to be honest. I will never live in a Goldberg property again.

I moved here in aug 2016. The apartments and townhomes are nice. There are huge walk in closets. That's what attracted me to the complex. Also has garages. In the lease it says that you can only park your car in the garage and nothing else. I must of overlooked that because I never would of signed the lease if I had of known. My family of 4 moved from a home so my children have a lot of toys that can't fit in there bedroom. Anyway after 7 months of living there (in the middle of February) me along with all other residents get a notice to remove all property. If you don't your property will be considered trash and will be disposed. I have an issue with that. First off, you do not throw away property of residents that pay you rent. People have valuable property such as tools children's bikes, and other property that does not belong indoors to clutter your living space. Second ,it's the middle of February and it's cold. Wait for the weather to break lets say for example spring cleaning. Who decides to clean there garage out in the middle of February? I understand you are trying to make improvements but it's a process. People have to go to work everyday and some people like myself have very young kids. Lastly, I pay rent and should be able to store whatever I want in my garage as long as it's legal and not causing a nuisance to management or my neighbors. You are going to lose a lot of renters for this. Especially since people have been storing property in garages for years and now all of a sudden you out of the blue just decide to complete an audit of the garages and threaten to throw away valued property. Residents are angry about this.That is terrible for business. This is not a military inspection. P.S. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star because ownership failed to to respond to my message but responded to every other post on here.

Overall, I've been living in the complex for 3 months now and the experience has been all that I expected. The community is great, neighbors are friendly and leasing staff are willing to work with all issues that may arise. I've referred 2 colleagues to the complex and one ran into an issue with a water leakage, in which the response time by the maintenance crew was quick to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend to a friend looking to move into the area as like I did for work. The location is great being 5 minutes away from everything, 15 minutes from downtown, and easy access to all local highways. To any and all readers, I hope this review helps.

I'm a resident in Big Creek apartments and town homes. I love this place because of many reasons . First , the friendly lease office team who works in an open heart for all and they facilitate all the matters to the residents . Especially Ms Jennifer is helpful , friendly and always smilies. Second , the maintenance workers do the work quickly when we ask them to fix any matter at home . Third , the community is safe and quite. Fourth, there is a refreshment facilities as a mini gym and a swimming pool . So I advice anyone who wants to move it is the most beautiful place to live in .

Never never recomend. I will tell u asked about all these bad reviews before i moved in. I was told that was under the old staff not to worry. First off i was promised a 3 floor apartment to only be told days later that the mangers friend wanted it and i could haveva second floor in another building. I was relunctant but took it. When showed it the toilet was brown the oven was horrible just really dirty. They somewhat cleaned it i looked at it again and was promised the rest would be taken care of. I will tell u. I had no oven grids for stove top for over a week because they were suppose to be getting new ones. I got black spray painted ones. I had a toliet leak and run for a month waiting on maintience. Btw you pay the water they dont care. Ive had door nobs fall off. Burners on my oven not work. They left moldy insulation under the furnace twice even after i demanded it be taken out for health reasons. I had water drip for weeks on and off from the above apartment. The windows and doors are very drafty and you pay the gas and electric. The appliance ate cheap and dated for paying 1100 a month. You get a garage space but people chain their biked to poles in front of your car and store nasty furniture and stuff in there even tho they are not suppose to. Maintience is non exitent. Dont bother calling or emailing office you will never get a responce. It took nine weeks for them to get the person out of my garage spot and now they park in there again and ive been asking for two weeks for them to notify the morons. The apartments are not suppose to have pets but ive seen four people with dogs in my building since i lived here. The people in the town homes walk their pets over by the apartments. Inside of by there home. Water and sewer bills r higher than you would pay in s house. The grounds look nice but apartments are like pigs with lipstick. They also onlyplow snow above two inches and do nothing to salt the ice as the email they sent me its not their problem its icy. It also took over a month to get my accent wall painted and only got done because i was complaining about the moldy water stains on it. I was very excited to move here but it is a complete let down. U can hear everything from the people above you. And the door to get in snd out of my building was broke for over a month. Not to mention i ve lived here 7 months and they still have not changed my name on the door out front. Lazy lazy lazy is the word for most of the people that work here. There maybe one or two good ones. But i would never recommend this place to anyone. Dont do it.

This is s pretty big complex but everytime i call maint. i understand that they must work on the emergencys first before they can get to less important stuff. Like a closet door off the track or somethin like that. They have fixed everything with no problem. So yeah if love it here! Oh n they groom all the grass area n have all snow removed. Oh n you also get garage space too that included in the rent. Ok im shutting up now. But i love it here.

Putting service request in online are pointless.....also leasing staff is ALWAYS changing. The townhome itself was nice but there was always lots and lots of spidars. I would not move back here:
