1-A minimum credit score of 620, with no accounts currently in collections.
2-Verifiable employment and/or combined household income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
3-Positive rental history, including no prior evictions or landlord-tenant court cases, or a positive mortgage history.
Please note that all applicants are subject to both state and federal criminal background checks.
Tenants are responsible for Electricity, Water/sewer, and cable and internet. One dog under 30lbs will be considered and breed restriction do apply.
