Utility Allowances: We include a monthly credit of $150 for gas and a seasonal electricity credit ($200/mo for July & August- $100/mo for all other months). Allowances are prorated based on the length of stay- guests are simply responsible for overages.
Pristine Maintenance: Stay includes bi-weekly pool/spa service and bi-monthly professional gardening.
Optional Executive Garage Upgrade
Ample driveway parking is included. For the EV owner or collector, we offer an optional upgrade for access to the fully air-conditioned 2-car garage featuring a dedicated Tesla Charging Station. Please inquire for pricing.

Availability: Minimum 31-night stay
