• Pool and spa service twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays)

Utilities
Water, trash, high-speed internet, landscaping, pool/spa service, and alarm monitoring are included. Electric and gas are billed to the tenant based on actual usage.
Cleaning
A professional cleaning is scheduled every 30 days, billed at actual cost and capped at $250 per visit. A $300 turnover cleaning applies at the end of the stay.

• Strictly pet-free and smoke-free
• 31-night minimum stay, in accordance with City of Palm Springs long-term rental requirements
• Garage not included- reserved for owner use

Security deposit equals one month's rent at the rate in effect when the lease begins.
