The Twist is a modern luxury building centrally located near downtown Palm Springs in the Uptown Design District and Old Las Palmas neighborhood, offering a combination of furnished short-term rentals and unfurnished long term apartments. Walk or bike to the popular restaurants and shops downtown, or enjoy the convenience of Ernest Coffee and Bootlegger Tiki. The Twist is also located along the route of the Buzz trolley ride on Palm Canyon Dr.

The twist was a perfect location for our palm springs vacation. The apartments and amenities were very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful especially Paul who was very accommodating and brought us free drinks and twist hats/tshirts. I highly recommend staying at the twist!

My best friend and I went for my first time in Palm Springs and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
She surprised me with choosing The Twist because my favorite color is orange. From the time we checked in our go to guy Paul was at our beck and call.
We arrived as strangers and left as friends with him. When we used the bikes that are provided at The Twist we had stopped at a store and the bike lock got messed up. We called Paul and he was quickly there to help save the day.
Daryl who was also one of our contacts there, drove his car to come get us and put my best friends bike in his car and Paul rode mine back so that her and I could be in the car together.
They spoiled us like royalty and Paul wash even our photographer for all the fun inflateable swan pics we just had to have.
I would recommend the twist 100% its not only the perfect spot for food, shopping and strolling down to street fair on thursdays but the mini golf and pool make it the full package!
Loved the mod decor. Will definitely be spending my next visit there. Swanky pool

We spent 1 week in Palm Springs staying at the Twist and our experience was amazing! This is a great option for travelers who want to stay in the Design District and want all the comforts of home! The care and attention of management on site daily was superb (Rick and Paul) and they went out of their way to fully accommodate us!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with huge terrace looking over Palm Canyon Blvd which was great to have coffee in the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and ventilation/AC made our stay in 40 degrees a pleasure!
We look forward to our next stay at this find!

Thank you Mark for being awesome. He went out of his way to make sure it was shipped to me and he even emailed & called me to make sure I got it. I have to rate the Twist a 12 out of 10. Thanks so much for being great. I even told them them to keep the money in the wallet due to the hassle and they return this as well. Thanks

I stayed here on my visit to palm Springs last year. This place was great. The room was very stylish ave comfortable and it's off the main road so nice and quiet.
An easy walk to the shops and bars and as there's no front desk or lobby you can come and go with privacy.
I would stay here again for sure.

The weather when I arrived was less than desirable but the unit I stayed in made up for it. Do visit Earnest coffee around the corner as well as their Tiki bar.
Beautiful Room's, a very peaceful atmosphere, & perfectly clean Unit's!
